چکیده :
خداوند متعال بهترین بندگان خود را ارسال و کتابهایی آسمانی نازل فرموده تا تربیت انسانها به بهترین وجه انجام پذیرد، اما علی رغم آن برخی از متربیان این مکتب به جای هدایت راه کج را پیمودند، تلاش در جهت بازگشت این دسته از متربیا به راه هدایت را تربیت اصلاحی نامیدیم.
تربیت اصلاحی در مقابل تربیت ابتدایی و غالبا برای تربیت آن دسته از متربیانی است که به هر دلیل از تربیت صحیح محروم بوده و مربی برای اصلاح و تغییر در صفات و رفتار ناپسند آنان در ساحت های عبادی، اعتقادی، سیاسی و اجتماعی، در سه عرصه شناختی، عاطفی، و رفتاری فعالیت می کند.
این پژوهش با مطالعه احادیث و سیره پیامبر اکرم (ص) و اهل بیت (ع)، روش های تربیتی رفتاری که موثر در اصلاح متربی هستند را معرفی و تبیین می کند؛
منظور از روشهای رفتاری هر نحوه اقدام و عمل است که در راستای اصلاح و تغییر رفتار افراد خطاکار انجام شود اعمّ از اینکه خود مربّی اقدام کننده باشد یا وادار کننده متربّی به اقدام باشد.
و روشهای آن عبارتند از: الگودهی، تغییر و اصلاح عادات، دعوت به توبه، دعا وتوسل، تلقین، رفق و مدارا، تغافل، عفو، تهدید، برخورد قاطعانه، تنبیه بدنی، این روشها که هریک حاکی از یک رفتار هستند می توانند در اصلاح تربیت متربی موثر باشند.
این تحقیق با استفاده از روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی به دستهبندی احادیث مرتبط با موضوع پرداخته و روشهای رفتاری در تربیت اصلاحی را از آن احادیث بر بررسی کرده است.

by studying the hadiths and life of the holy prophet (s) and ahl al-bayt (a), this research introduces and explains behavioral training methods that are effective in reforming the teacher;
the meaning of behavioral methods is any type of action and action that is done in order to correct and change the behavior of errant people, regardless of whether the trainer himself takes action or forces the trainer to take action.
and its methods are: modeling, changing and reforming habits, calling to repentance, prayer and appeal, indoctrination, friendship and tolerance, neglect, forgiveness, threats, decisive action, corporal punishment, these methods, each of which indicates a behavior.
they can be effective in reforming teacher education.
using the descriptive-analytical method, this research has categorized the hadiths related to the subject and analyzed the behavioral methods in correctional education from those hadiths.
