چکیده :
پژوهش حاضر با عنوان تبیین مبانی فلسفی تعلیم و تربیت از دیدگاه آیت الله جوادی آملی، به شناخت انسان بر اساس مبانی حکمت متعالیه که مورد قبول ایشان است، پرداخته و نشان داده که با پذیرش اصل اصالت وجود و تشکیک وجود میتوان مراتب وجود انسان و آثار آن مراتب و این که حقیقت وجود انسان همان مرتبه ای است که به آن می رسد، را اثبات کرد، به عبارت دیگر با اصول مذکور میتوان وحدت و در عین حال کثرت ظاهری در وجود انسان را تبیین کرد.
مشخص شد که طبق حرکت جوهری انسان مراتب نباتی و حیوانی را طی کرده است، لذا میل به آن مراتب در او وجود دارد و جنس سافل بودن انسان نیز بر مبنای همین اصل می باشد که انواع گوناگونی در آن طبق این اصل مندرج است.

کوچکترین حالات، صفات و کارهای انسان طبق سیرجوهری نفس در تکامل یا خسران او نقش دارد، لذا پیمودن مسیر رشد و تعالی سخت و دشوار است که لحظهای غفلت و عدم هوشیاری امکان تباهی و سقوطش را دربردارد.
بر اساس یافته های تحقیق پی بردیم برنامه ای جامع و کامل و منسجم و صحیح لازم است تا مسیر و هدف پرورش و تربیت انسان را ترسیم کند.
بر پایه قاعده امکان فقری، انسان فقر محض و خداوند غنی محض است، بنابراین مربی و تدوین کننده برنامه کمال انسان خداوند است.
در این برنامه اهداف نیز همانند مراتب وجود انسان واقعی و دارای مراتب مختلف در طول هم است که اهداف متوسط در راستای هدف نهایی و در جهت محقق کردن خواست نهایی تنطیم شده است و راهکارهای مهم این برنامه که تقریبا شرایط و زمینه عمل به کل برنامه را فراهم می کرد عبارتند از: ذکر و یاد خدا، مراقبه و محاسبه و انذار و تبشیر.
